Atrocity: cold black days

Conocí esta banda con su disco Gemini (producido en el 2000), un álbum que pretendía imitar el estilo de metal que tan buen resultado le dio a Rammstein, pero que no llegó a compararse, desde mi muy particular punto de vista, aunque debo admitir que si llegué a escucharlo en repetidas ocasiones (no era tan malo después de todo).

Cuatro años más tarde me sorprenden con una producción mucho más elaborada, con un estilo que no pretende ser una copia de ninguna otra banda, canciones originales, buenos temas y la experiencia musical de 16 años en al escena, Atlantis trae un sonido fresco y muy agradable que me ha enganchado y ahora Atrocity es una banda que no pierdo de vista, espero continúen por el buen camino.

La mejor canción que trae el disco es sin duda Cold Black Days; una pieza que he puesto y repetido una y otra vez (hasta aprendérmela!) y del que afortunadamente hicieron video, el cual es el motivo de este post:
